XCMG manuals, parts books and load charts: how do I verify the right document?
Identify the document type, then match its exact model, suffix, serial or PIN range, configuration, market, language and revision.
The short answer
XCMG North America maintains a resource directory that describes manuals and other resources, but a resource label or product brochure does not establish that a file is the operator manual, service manual, parts book or load chart for your machine. XCMG North America resources.
Name the document you need
A product brochure summarizes a marketed configuration. An operator manual covers operation and routine care. A service or workshop manual supports diagnosis and repair. A parts book identifies assemblies and part numbers. A load chart applies to a stated lifting configuration. Treat these as different document classes; one does not substitute for another.
Match the machine before using the file
Record the complete model label and suffix, serial or product-identification-number range, build date, destination market, engine and control configuration, attachment or boom/jib setup, and document revision. Ask the provider to show where the file identifies each applicable range rather than relying on a similar filename or photograph.
Use load charts only for the stated configuration
For a crane, telehandler or other lifting machine, verify the exact boom or jib, counterweight, outrigger or support position, attachment, reeving, operating area, units and chart revision. Do not calculate a lift from a generic brochure or a chart for a related model. The machine’s approved documentation and a competent lift-planning process remain controlling.
Verify a parts book before ordering
Use the serial-specific parts book to obtain the part number, revision and any supersession. Then confirm the quoted item’s condition, interchangeability, stock location, lead time, freight, duty, tax and return terms in writing. A matching description or image is not enough.
Keep a document trail
Save the source URL or provider, download date, visible document title, edition or revision, language and pages used. If the source is a dealer or service provider, ask it to confirm in writing that the document applies to the offered serial number. This site does not republish unverified or unauthorized manual copies.

The directory describes manuals and other resources and provides PDF, video and model filters. Its current empty-result message does not establish which document applies to a particular serial number or configuration.
