START HERE / TWO-MINUTE BRIEFING

Read the record. Keep the limits.

A short route through the XCMG disputes, decisions and disclosures in this private research edition.

In plain language: Start with the summary, then open the records that answer your question. Check who supplied each fact, when it was checked and what remains unknown.

THE BRIEFING

Three things to know before you read.

The central question is not whether a record mentions XCMG. It is what that record establishes, about which entity, at what date.

This edition brings together proceedings, source documents and equipment research. Treat it as a route to evidence, not as a verdict on the group or a substitute for checking a purchase.

  1. An allegation is not a finding.

Artic’s equipment allegations remain undetermined in the supplied records. XCMG Canada’s counsel states that the defined defendants deny them; the proposal process is not a trial of those allegations. Read the allegations, counsel’s attribution and qualifications.

  2. A favorable outcome belongs in the story.

The reviewed Brazilian customs assessment cancellation was left in place. The Kenya employment appeal was dismissed, with awards upheld. These are different proceedings with different outcomes, not interchangeable evidence of a group-wide pattern. Brazil: decision and later-appeal limits; Kenya: judgment and attribution limits.

  3. The boundary is part of the evidence.

A freezing limit is not damages awarded. An award is not proof of payment. A named subsidiary is not automatically the listed parent. Follow each file’s sources, response and “What remains unestablished” before quoting a figure or drawing a conclusion.

For market prices, read the observation date and comparison period separately from case events. Timing alone does not establish causation. Open the market context.

Before relying on this edition: source review is selective, later outcomes may remain unchecked, and we have not contacted the parties. We have not completed legal, rights, publisher or qualified-translation review. Read the evidence and corrections standards.

Start with the path below that matches your task. Each takes you from a question to a record, then to the checks that remain. Do not treat the research check date as the date of a court decision, or a scheduled hearing as a completed outcome.
