THE RUNNING RECORD

Research updates

Manual updates during the research in this chat. No unattended monitor is active.

In plain language: Start with the summary, then open the records that answer your question. Check who supplied each fact, when it was checked and what remains unknown.

Added 116 original-source price references and 35 financing source cards. Exact matching model pages link to reviewed records; expired, undated and wholesale terms retain their limits. Unreviewed pricing-register rows remain held.

Added source-linked model evidence files and exact catalogue-page connections. Unit findings, dismissed claims, administrative restorations, operating incidents and maintenance studies retain distinct outcomes. Later decisions narrowing telehandler damages and rejecting the XE150D buyer counterclaim are linked. Imported model aliases and unreadable leads were withheld; the Canadian proposal schedule retains XCMG’s explicit defence position.

Added a sourced monthly share-price and event timeline, a dated CAD conversion of the Shenzhen quote, and responsive layouts for small phones through ultrawide displays. The timeline does not attribute market moves to individual allegations.

Added the equipment catalogue: 3,634 listing records grouped into 2,942 model labels, with regional specification sets and manufacturer source links. Added the SZSE 000425 exchange/code strip and external quote-page link. The private password gate and no-index policy remain in force.

Expanded the global source files with original trade, court, environmental and procurement records and credited regional reporting. Verified the Kenya judgment; updated Artic proposal dates and related-action security reporting; added ownership history with dated issuer disclosures. Duplicate mirrors, generic portals and inaccessible leads are kept outside factual findings.

Added formatted article/document/source citations, source permalink controls and return links from source entries to cited passages. Improved mobile section navigation, current-section markers and article case-details disclosure. Corrected a stale counsel-announcement scope note after review of the supplied Wild Timber order.

Added complete per-article source files and numbered section/timeline citations across all ten research articles. Linked reviewed records, supplied originals and relevant media, deduplicating repeated original URLs and retaining context/review limits. Removed an unlinked June 2025 US order lead from factual status text.

Expanded media directory with original CityNews video, Canadian trade background, company response and the user-supplied Canada Proud Facebook video. Added creator credits, source viewing links and reuse notes. Canada Proud date, caption and footage remain unreviewed; no specific court proceeding or factual finding inferred from that video. No external media files copied.

Added an external reading directory with six reviewed news/trade articles, automated filing analysis, a clearly marked inaccessible reporting lead and related primary records. Strengthened article, topic, country and document links. Read the complete September 15 Nevada service order; contract merits and later docket remain unverified. Corrected Canadian coverage gaps after receipt of eight documents.

Added eight original court documents with protected downloads, case identifiers, page/paragraph notes and SHA-256 integrity records. Resolved Wild Timber file VLC-S-S-260999 separately from Artic S-261878; the supplied C$32,456,992 provision is security to end the Wild Timber order. Added separate LTR, Ontario CanLift, Certified Mining and Kurtz claim/defence document records; allegations remain unadjudicated.

Initial records added, with source scope and unresolved outcomes. Brazilian customs lead classified as a favorable decision rather than an upheld penalty.

Added Canadian investigation reporting, India inventory-restatement disclosure and UK trade remedies. Redesigned the artifact as an editorial news publication with individual evidence files.

Added Global News’ October 16 article and video, and four Chinese-language reports from Sing Tao and bcbay. Updated the Artic Machinery and RCMP case notes and the share price. No court result from the October 7 Artic Machinery hearing is publicly posted yet.

Added the March 23, 2026 second affidavit of XCMG Canada CEO Victor Jiang (excerpts) in the Wild Timber proceeding.

Added The Epoch Times Chinese-edition account of the Global News report (credited to Global News; not separate corroboration). Updated the share price to the October 21 close.
