Credits & reuse
Credit identifies a source. It does not grant permission to reproduce someone else’s work.
In plain language: Start with the summary, then open the records that answer your question. Check who supplied each fact, when it was checked and what remains unknown.
External articles, videos and posts
We link to the publisher and identify the channel or publication, verified creator, date or date limitation, and our own short summary. We do not host third-party articles, video files, transcripts, photographs, logos or thumbnails, and we claim no licence to reproduce or embed them. Copyright stays with the respective rights holders.
What a link establishes
Linking does not imply publisher endorsement. A video version and an article version of the same report are not independent corroboration. Advocacy commentary and company statements are labelled separately from news reporting. Unreviewed footage, inaccessible text and uncertain dates are recorded in each card’s review scope.

Illustrative photograph
The XCMG XE60DA photograph used on this site is credited to Huangdan2060 via Wikimedia Commons, photographed 28 February 2022 and licensed under CC BY 3.0. It was resized and converted to WebP; layout may crop it. The image is illustrative and does not show equipment from the disputes.
Supplied court records
Court document pages identify unchanged user-supplied copies, filing-status limitations and integrity checksums. Receipt of a copy and its checksum do not establish a reproduction licence or independent registry authentication. Public-release review remains pending.
Copyright guidance
The Canadian Intellectual Property Office’s copyright introduction explains rights and permissions. YouTube’s copyright guidance explains why attribution or disclaimers alone do not establish reuse rights. Neither reference clears our use of any third-party work.
