Before you start
Use the three-letter currency code shown on each quote. Two quotes must use the same currency to compare. The worksheet checks the code format, not whether the currency is correct.
Blank means unknown, not zero. Enter all five cost amounts to see a subtotal and total. Enter 0 only for a confirmed included, excluded or no-charge item with no separate charge. Explain exclusions in the optional details. Use digits and a decimal point, with up to two decimal places; no commas or currency symbols.
Do not count the same charge twice. Record costs included in the machine amount as 0 in their separate fields. An excluded cost may still be payable elsewhere; a worksheet total is not a confirmed all-in purchase price.
