Price references: review after 30 days. Case outcomes: review after 7 days or when follow-up is already recorded. Catalogue capture: review after 90 days. These are editorial review intervals, not expiry dates or proof that information is wrong.
Only explicit, valid financing expiry dates are treated as passed. Missing dates stay unknown. Unchecked and inaccessible sources are not called permanently broken. Completing a check requires a dated source review and a normal editorial update; there is no automatic “verified” button.
