Keep in mind
User-supplied copy received 15 October 2026; not independently authenticated against the court registry. Two-page form with text layer.
Read the document, full limits and context
In plain language: Read the claim, the response and the outcome together. A claim is what someone says happened; it is not automatically a court finding. Open the original record to check the details.
What do these terms mean?
Allegation or pleading
What a party claims. It has not necessarily been accepted by a court.
Defence or response
The other party’s position. Read it beside the claim.
Procedural step
Something that happened in the case, not necessarily a decision about who was right.
Judgment or order
A court decision. Its scope, date and any later appeal still matter.
Reading limits
User-supplied copy received 15 October 2026; not independently authenticated against the court registry. Two-page form with text layer. It is an administrative record about the transcript, not a court order or decision. Contact details in the original are preserved unchanged.
An existing text layer is available. Extraction may omit or reorder content; compare with the original. No OCR performed.

Justice Crerar found enough prima facie evidence of breaches of the March 11 and March 25 orders to raise the security, ordering a further C$5 million so that C$10 million is held in total. These are interim chambers findings on a without-notice application, not a trial decision on the claims.

This order extends, varies and replaces the March 11 Mareva order and the March 25 relief. It adds XCMG America Financial, raises allowed spending to C$1.5 million a month, and requires C$10 million in total security plus twice-monthly reporting. It is interim relief, not a finding of liability.
